No matter where you are in the planning process, we’re here to bring clarity, creativity, and calm to your wedding journey.

Wedding Day

​$2800​

​This package is for those Type A planners!  The couple that has everything planned and is ready for another Type A planner to jump in
​and run with their plan. ​

​

• 2 Two hour planning session post contract signing (first to take place once vendors are selected, second 14 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Vendor coordination beginning at 30 days out
• Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
• 1 venue walk through
• 8 hour event day management and coordination (first on, last off usually)
• Manage Decor set up  (does not apply to table/chair set up) 
• Decor break down  (does not apply to busing tables) 
• Coordinate gifts/cards are placed into secure locked location
• Coordinate couples' go bags placed into get away vehicle

Month of Event Management
$4500

This package is for couples that have a pretty good idea of what they want, but could use guidance around vendor selection, planning/communicating wants/needs,  and overall wants someone to
​ensure the day runs smoothly. ​

• 2 Two hour planning session post contract signing (first to take place once vendors are selected, second 14 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Vendor Recommendations + connecting couple with vendor
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Generate ideas around adding unique elements for the guest experience
• +1 vendor collaboration design meeting or decor selection - 2 hours
• Logistics planning for each Vendor: coordination and confirmation of services, arrival times, set up date/time/location, etc
• Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
• 1 venue walk through
• 10 hour event day management and coordination (first on, last off usually)
• Seating chart guidance/assistance
• Manage Decor set up  (does not apply to table/chair set up) 
• Decor break down  (does not apply to busing tables) 
• Coordinate gifts/cards are placed into secure locked location
• Coordinate couples' go bags placed into get away vehicle
• Hourly add on time available billed at $160/hr 

Full PLanning &
Management

​This package offers full support and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process.  
This package manages all your vendors, all your timeline logistics and coordinates your entire day.

• 2 Two hour planning session post contract signing (fiirst to take place once vendors are selected, second 14 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Vendor Recommendations 
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Concept and Design planning
• Decor selection
• Vendor research and availability checks
• Support booking vendors
• Up to 5 hours of Vendor collaboration consultation meetings 
• Contract Review for each vendor
• Payment tracking and scheduling, budget oversight
• +1-2 vendor collaboration design meeting or decor selection - 4 hours
• Vendor coordination and confirmation of services, arrival times, set up date/time/location, etc
• Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
• 1 venue walk through
• 12 hour event day management and coordination (first on, last off usually)
• Manage Decor set up  (does not apply to table/chair set up) 
• Decor break down  (does not apply to busing tables) 
• Coordinate gifts/cards are placed into secure locked location
• Coordinate couples' go bags placed into get away vehicle
• Hourly add on time available billed at $160/hr
