Our packages are designed to support you through every step of your celebration—whether you’re dreaming of an intimate gathering or a full-scale, unforgettable event. No matter where you are in the planning process, we’re here to bring clarity, creativity, and calm to your wedding journey.

Coordination
Service
​$3000  ​​

 This package is for those Type A planners!  The couple that has everything planned and is ready for another Type A planner
​to jump in and run. 
Begin 3-6 months out with communication and meetings

• 2 Two hour planning session post contract signing 
• (First to take place once vendors are selected, second 14-30 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Vendor coordination beginning at 30 days out
• Logistics planning for each Vendor: coordination and confirmation of services, arrival times, set up date/time/location, etc
• Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
• 1 venue walk through
• 8 hour event day management and coordination  
  (first on, last off usually)
• Manage Decor set up  (does not apply to table/chair set up) 
• Smooth flow of timeline throughout each part of your day
• Decor break down  (does not apply to busing tables or stacking tables/chairs) 
• Coordinate gifts/cards are placed into secure locked location
• Coordinate couples' go bags placed into get away vehicle
• Send off
• Hourly add on time available billed at $160/hr 

Coordination &
​Partial Planning
$4800

This package is for couples that have a pretty good idea of what they want, but could use guidance around vendor selection, planning/communicating wants/needs, and overall would like someone to ensure the day runs smoothly. 
Begin 6-18 months out from event date

• 1  1.5hr partial planning call or in person meeting to determine best vendor referrals and recommendations
• Vendor Recommendations + connecting couple with vendors that best fit their vision and style
• Generate ideas around adding unique elements for the guest experience
• +1 vendor collaboration design meeting or decor selection - 2 hours
• 2   2.5hr planning session post contract signing 
• (First to take place once vendors are selected, second 14-30 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Seating chart guidance/assistance
• Vendor coordination beginning at 30 days out
• Logistics planning for each Vendor: coordination and confirmation of services, arrival times, set up date/time/location, etc.

Full Planning Management

 This package allows you full support and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process. This package manages all your vendors, all your timeline logistics and coordinates your entire day. 
Begins 6-18 months out from event date

•  1  Two hr partial planning call or in person meeting to determine best vendor referrals and recommendations
• Vendor Research and Availability checks 
• Note:  This package includes vendor availability checks and only sending over vendors that not only fit their style and vibe, but also are available your date and can jump in now and start the conversation to secure your date.
• Vendor Recommendations + connecting couple with vendors that best fit their vision and style
• Support booking your vendors (although you will directly pay your vendors)
• Generate ideas around adding unique elements for the guest experience
• -Up to 3 vendor collaboration design meetings or decor selection - 6 hours max
• Contract Review for each vendor
• Concept and Design planning
• Decor selection
• 2   2.5hr planning session post contract signing 
• (First to take place once vendors are selected, second 14-30 days prior to event to finalize details)
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Seating chart guidance/assistance
• Vendor coordination beginning at 30 days out

​ A La Carte Offerings: 

• Other wedding related events: Welcome Dinner, Rehearsal Dinner, Post-Wedding Brunch planning and/or coordination starting at $500 for up to 4 hours 
• Venue Research: up to 3 site visits OR up to 5 hours of online research and calls  $500
• Additional Assistant:
  Guest Count is at 101-200  $350 for 12 hr day
  Guest Count is at 201-300  $700 for 2 assistants for 12 hr day
  Guest Count is at 301-400  $1100 for 3 assistants for 12 hr day
• Set-up Assistants for tables and chairs:  
  + 2 assistants for 2 hours  $300
• Break Down Assistants for tables and chairs
  +2 assistants for 1.5 hrs  $250​
